I provide a non judgemental service to people struggling with their mental health. These issues could include bereavement, stress, depression, OCD etc. I have many years experience in mental health. Together, I will guide you down the right path so you can cognitively and actively change your way of thinking, and understand your behaviours. Therapy is challenging, but you will learn to accept and acknowledge your situation, but also be able to use a vast toolbox of skills to use at any time for any challenge that comes your way.
